Who is mayor of Germantown Maryland?

There is no mayor. Germantown is merely a name ascribed to an area because some German merchants had shops there at one time. It is an unincorporated part of Montgomery County. It is entirely governed by the county. An area that governs themselves, but uses some county services, would be the cities of Gaithersburg or Rockville.
