What does spontaneos mean?

"Spontaneous" (which is what I think you're trying to spell) means spur of the moment, random, or otherwise unpredictable. For example, a quiet girl suddenly breaking out in song, belting out the chorus of a heavy metal song would be spontaneous because that's not something a quiet girl would usually do.
