Why do Americans don't like blacks?

its not that Americans don't like blacks, its that we don't like the ghetto part of them (like white people to white trash), and in my town the vast majority of them are ghetto. the reason why, is because they are raised to party, do bad in school, be gangsters, and do drugs because they're parents are usually working day and night, and don't have time to teach them right from wrong. then when they grow older they either go to prison or live off of welfare and unemployment. and yes, they tend not to like white people, ive have been called cr*cker and other racist terms by them, and everybody overlooks this. when a white person calls them n*gger, it is a serious offense and we are punished for this. Its just like how if the NAACP sees that a school is majority white, and has only a few black people, and those black people have worse grades, higher drop out rates, and a higher tendency for suspension, they will claim racism and sue that school. (The NAACP is directly tied to the black panthers... the black version of KKK, less extreme, they just don't like white people.)
