Is a Chevy C70 truck considered to be a 2 ton truck?

When it was sold, it was a heavy duty 2 ton. The C50 was a light duty 2 ton, C60 a straight 2 ton, and C70 a heavy duty 2 ton. Those were in the early years of its production.
