When does Dominic ask you out on style boutique?

i was sifting through some sights to find out the same and one person said that she went on the date with Dominic after serving 1000 customers and that they kissed on the date but this is for sure and also on your birthday he brings your a princess outfit and flowers and bakes you a cake also people have said on valentines day he takes you to dinner

the birthday thing is true , but i am not suree about the valintines day thing also he certainly does NOT ask you on a date after serving 1000 costumers i did this about 6 months ago and nothing has happened
