If I took the pill an hour late but the he came all over your vagina the next night what are your chances of being pregnant?

Well how long have you been taking the pill? If it's over a week no need to worry, I've missed my Birth Control pill by like 3 hours and I haven't gotten pregnant yet. It's been over a year :) so you should be fine hun

These things are never 100% as the contraceptive pill is not 100% effective.
