Can you take co-codamol and metronidazole and co-amoxiclav at the same time?

Yes. Metronidazole and amoxicillin are not apin killers, they are anti-biotics. While they will kill any bacteria, they will not reduce pain. It is fine to take paracetamol if you have no history of Paracetamol/ liver related problems.
