How much will a high quality pair of fishing waders cost me?

I think a top quality pair of wading boots is more important than a top quality pair of waders. By that I mean you can get away with spending less on waders - there are lots in the $100 range that would be just fine. I'd steer clear of the really low end stuff, but any pair of mid range waders will get you through a fair number of years and will do their job fine until you are ready and able to spend more.
