What do nomads use for houses?

Many Nomads used tepees for when they were looking for food. They worked well because they were easy to transport and provided enough shelter to survive the night. Nomads soon realized that they could easily be attacked by animals or other tribes without the proper protection. that is when they started to build sturdy houses for long-term use.
