On Spy Island

You get the Ultra-vision Goggles from the third rescued spy, and you can see the lasers around the B.A.D. hideout.

On Time Tangled Island

The climbing goggles for Sir Edmund Hillary are at the Aztec temples (5 o'clock, 1519 AD). You will need a mask from the old warrior at far right before you can approach the guard with the goggles.
