it means that you don't really have any feelings for your current boyfriend if you don't inform your current boy Friend of this guys advances towards you .... it also means that this guy really likes you if he is willing to possibly take a beating from your current boy Friend or he just likes the idea of possibly doing something wrong and possibly getting caught for it
