How do you become a realator?

These are the main steps:

1. You take a real estate pre-license course. Be sure the school is approved by your state if its on school, theres also some you can do online. And the hours required depends on the real estate school and on the state.

2. You make an application on the state agency that handles professional licensing. This differs in every sate in some you can take the application before you are done with school, others make you wait till your done with your school tests.

3. After being done with school, have completed the required hours, and have being approved by the licensing agency you take the state test. And theres a fee for this test.

4. Apply for a job at a real estate agency.
