How does Mr Dussel interact with the other people in the secret annex?

Mr. Dussel, or Fritz Pfeffer, had a terrible relationship with Anne Frank. He repeated demands of her mother and bossed her around (most likely why Anne disliked him is the fact that she is at 'the age of puberty' and didn't want a middle aged man to interrupt her privacy).
