How do you do a ole' on pirates of the Caribbean for WII?

Hold the L1 button to defence, when the enemy attack you, you "O" (circle) to Kick him out until he is dead. The best area to perform this move is aound the cliff of bridge, when the enemy attack, when you defence yourslef and move quickly, he will fall down from the cliff or the bridge.
