How do you Look up felons?

Usually only cops and job background checks can only do it and do it right. Some websites offer it if you pay but most of em are either scams or they are misleading. The only real ways to check and see is your local clerk of courts website for your county or go to the nearest sheriffs office or police station but im not sure they will just give it to you. but try cause they usually do
