How do you fix 3pt l iseki tractor very slow to lift?

You may need to change the fluid and clean the hydraulic filter. Mine is a reusable filter you just wash and clean it. I have a knob under the front part of the seat if you turn this knob I do know that it slows the 3 pt as it lowers but I cant remember if it also slow it going up you my turn this knob and watch for improvements.
