When do you use Ms or Mrs?

Always use Ms. in the exact same way you would use Mr., unless the woman has specified another title such as Miss or Mrs.

Ms. is a product of the equal rights movement. The push was for women to use a title that didn't indicate marial status as Mr. is used by any male.
