The short answer is probably not. Here's why. First, is the structure made up of individual panels? If so you must remove one or more. Don't expect it to fit back together neatly. Second, is there a top rail? Same concerns as above. Third, you must find a liner that will now fit in the unit. Good luck! Fourth, you must reconstruct the pool from the floor up. Smooth the bottom, level the bottom etc. Remember that the pool must be level and set up so that the stress is equally distributed throughout the structure or it will be unstable and collapse.
Question: Is it worth it? One good thing about an above gr. pool is its easy to just tear it down and start from scratch.
