How can you contact someone on the Queen Mary 2 cruise ship?

My parents SMS'd (Texted) me when they were close to land & asked that I can email them at their OWN email address. They belong to Cunard World Club which means they get so many free minutes on the internet onboard. However if you are not Cunard World Club the charges are a little pricey, a 240 minute package is R$89.95 & 120 minutes is $47.95 and it is 75 cents per minute. I am not sure if they 'allow' you to use the Word programme, write your whole letter and then open your email & cut & paste your Word document; because if that was the case you get a huge letter off to somebody if you are onboard & save air minutes. Obviously they will never allow anyone to Download anything like photo's, Memory sticks etc onto 'their' computers. I suggest you try Facebook, they can see all of what your doing & you can 'chat' when they come online just like Skype.
