First off. Leave the wheels on the bike unlike myself at least until the axle nuts are loosened. Go to ebay and buy the 56mm/ 45mm wrenches for $25, and loosen the two large nuts. There is a washer/cap covering a snap ring on the outer edge of the smaller axle nut. also now is the time to remove the right rear wheel and hub. Then remove the caliper and the chain. Put the bike on a lift or a milk crate or something and remove the left wheel. You should be able to slide it side to side a little once the nuts are loosened. remove the clip and the circlip behind the rotor. Mine was a pain, but it popped out with a little work. Good luck. I also suggest a service manual as I discovered I was missing the O-rings near the rotor mount.
