What part of same-sex marriage is accepted?

Like Vice President Biden and President Obama, I find same-sex marriage to be totally acceptable. However, there are many people who do not. I believe you will find more people accept the part where same-sex couples have the same rights as a legally married opposite-sex couple. Fewer people accept the fact that same-sex relationships are legally called marriages.
