How do you replace Mitsubishi diamante heater core?

you must take the entire dash apart for the first gen diamantes at least (92-96)

i tried doing it without and its impossible they way the have it designed..also the first generation is the hardest to locate a heater core for unless you get one from the dealer which is 400 dollars,but that should suffice and i will say this it is at least a 5 hour job the book calls for 8.
