Is it ever to late to ask a girl out?

If you are already in the 'friend' stage and feel more stronger towards them it's never too late. You will probably regret it later! Chances are that he/she may already like you and too scared to take it to the next level. If you never ask, you'll never find out. You will feel much better making the other person know your feelings anyway :)
