It depends on how fast you drink it. There would be about 10-12 shot's worth of alcohol in that amount, and you would be considered "over the limit". I wouldn't suggest drinking that much, you would be better off switching to MJ, or opiates to get a better buzz with less hangover. 100 Proof vodka at high amounts is potentially fatal from alcohol poisoning. Good in MODERATION.
