What causes purple spots on pigs back legs?

it could be bumblefoot. make sure that the cage you use doesn;t have wire flooring and that you don't use cedar as bedding. The bedding you use may have irratated your guinea pig'd foot. try a differnet bedding and put a dab of honey on her foot once or twice a day. if it is still red, take her to the vet asap
