What literary magazines accept no fee online submissions?

Very few literary magazines don't charge submission fees. Just think how long it probably takes them to read through 1000s of poetry submissions they receive each month!

The American Reader and the NYLiteraryMagazine.com are the only ones I found that don't charge submission fees AND accept online submissions.
