To set the day and date on the Champion C3200 No Limits watch, pull the crown out to the second position. Rotate the crown to adjust the date, and then push it back in to the first position to set the day. Once set, push the crown back to its original position to finish. Make sure to avoid changing the date when the watch is between 9 PM and 3 AM to prevent damage to the movement.
