Will john cena come to my birthday party?

If John Cena can make commercials for Subway, then there is no reason, if you can pay his celebrity appearance fee, that he would not come to your birthday party, as long as he is not under contract to be somewhere else. You would have to contact his manager and check his schedule before you start negotiating fees though.
