How long can you go to juvie for burning a school?

Each state has a maximum amount of time allowed for confinement of a child convicted of a juvenile offense. It varies from state to state.

However, a child charged with a serious felony, such as arson (and possibly attempted/felony murder) would likely be charged as an adult, and subject to the same maximum penalties as an adult charged with the same crime.
