How much is a 1974 hardside apache camper worth?

I have one and I would not take any less than $1,200.00 for it. I was told I should not sell it because they are a collecter's item and I would never be able to replace it. The website www.apacheowners.com posts common values for most Apache models based largely on sales from Ebay.
