What do senior citizens need?

The elderly need what everyone, including you and I need. They need respect and comfort and the ability to live their lives to the fullest. Independence is an important necessity to the elderly, although it is not always entirely possible. These things are all important things to everybody, including seniors. Seniors also need to be safe, and for some that means taking precautions incase of an emergency fall or medical problem (something that is more common in the elderly than in a younger person). Making sure an elderly person's home is safe if they live alone, and equipped with a medical alarm in case of emergency can allow a senior safety as well as independence.
