Are animal teeth used in voodoo?

Not voodoo to my knowledge- it certainly does not have ( Congregations on Rites) overseeing worship practices. But a variety of Tribal religions and customs involve animal teeth as talismans of courageous actions, as in hunting. they are associated with American Indians, mostly. Elk Teeth, Buck Teeth ( animal not human) and so on. There are conservationist arguments against this sort of thing- Tusk Tusk- a Tusk is essentially an elongated tooth. Do not confuse with the Whaling art of Scrimshaw, engraving and etching on Whale"s teeth.
