How much does a farm hand earn?

ive worked for the same farmer for two years now. I have a class a cdl welding experience and extensive mechanic experience. I take home 970 every two weeks. No insurance no benefits and you cant ever get unemployment are the only downfall for working for a small agriculture outfit
