Should abortions be allowed if it endangers the mother or the baby health?

I read the question wrong first but now I get it I think.

You mean if the abortion itself endangered the life of the mother and child? Because that never happens with a legal abortion. There are no cases like that. Childbirth is always more dangerous. Abortions clearly always endangers the health of the fetus - it ends it! And if it endangers one woman but not the others, no then it would not be illegal. That particular woman would not have one. I doubt any doctor would go through with it. But like I said - that will never happen with a legal abortion. The other choice, labor, is always more dangerous.
