Clear. Sweet cheese danish and dried fruit aromas. A supple entry leads to an oily, dryish medium-bodied palate with very clean, sweet cream, mineral dust, dried fruit, and peppery spice flavors. Finishes with a long, fruity, clean white chocolate fudge and mint fade. Very nice. International Review of Spirits Award: Gold Medal
