Who was the worst President of Mexico?

Most Mexican people agree Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna is the worst president Mexico has ever had, as he is responsible for losing Texas in 1836 and California, Nevada, Utah and the rest of Colorado as well as most of northern New Mexico and Arizona during the Mexican-American War in 1848. Finally, although he was pressured by a threatening James Gadsden, he sold southern New Mexico and Arizona to the United States in 1853. This last act was seen as a treason from part of the Mexican people, who promptly deposed him.
