Yes, because all living things need water. However, desert animals are specially adapted to the dry conditions. Most of them do not need to drink water, but obtain sufficient moisture from the foods they eat. Some desert animals burrow down deep to find water, and these burrows also protect them from the heat of the desert sun. Others are specifically "shaped" to collect water. For example, the body of the thorny devil in Australia is completely covered in sharp spikes which actually collect the moisture that condenses in the early morning (or the occasional rains) and channel it directly down towards its mouth.
