Anheuser busch baldwinsville 2010 closing

dont see how this would be possible given

1. the need the need to replace the lost production capacity (all other plants in NE running near capacity = per annual report)
2. the cost of building a new plant is very expensive
3. no buyers for baldwinsville plant in the market (miller-coors doesnt need this capacity). Huge loss on sale if sold for an alternate use
