First, make sure you know a little about cars. It is a big job. You will need the right tools and give your self a couple of days if you're new. Get some label tape and a permanant marker. Label ALL cables and vacuum hoses. Don't even think you will remember!!! Disconnect the battery and move out of the way. You will have to drain the anti freeze and oil for this job. Leave some room to work by the front drivers side wheel you will have to break loose the nut (17 or19 mm) on the crank shaft to remove the pully for the timing belt. MARK EVERTHING so you can put it all back together in the right place. Remove the exhaust manifold and pull back. I found it better to take out the radiator to make room and prevent damage. Pull back the intake. Pull the the valve cover, and remove the cam shafts. You might as well do the timing belt and water pump just because you have it open. Once the engine is open take out the head bolts and pull the head. You want to put in new head bolts when putting it all back together. When putting everything back together follow the tork specs to a "T". I broke three cam bolts just snugging them.
