Do you have to put your age on a job application?

I don't think so. In fact, as I understand it, the question of age should not be on an employment form. If you don't get a job for which you applied, and you refused to put your age on it, then you could file a grievance with the labor board. Or you could just call them and ask that they investigate, without giving your name.
