Where is and how do you change the turn signal flasher on a 1996 Chrysler Concord?

The turn signals, wiper controls, washer controls and emergency flashers are all built into a multi-function switch. Of course you want to check the appropriate fuses and relays first hand.The next step would be to insure the wipersand other functions do work after the MFS has been replaced.
