All christan are talking about is the world ending and it scares me I have nightmares and every noise scares me What do I do?

Get over it. I seriously doubt the world's ending. And, if it is, there's nothing you can do about it. Everyone dies... you will one day, I will one day, we all will. Accept it, stop fearing it.
