Such a person would be "asexual." However, every human can be defined by DNA as either male or female, even those who are born with both sets of sex organs (hermaphroditism).

The cultural term for those affecting ambivalent sexual traits is "androgyny" and the individual is said to be "androgynous." This does not imply bisexuality.
