Difference is

a matter of accumulation (biomass) relative to total amounts of accumulation (Standing crop )

it means standing crop is larger circle which contains smaller circle biomass !!

biomass keeps on accumulating to form standing crop

Standing crop

1) is the quantity or total weight or energy content of the organisms which are in a particular location at a particular time.

2 ) The standing crop is the total dry weight of all organisms.

Biomass

1) Biomass, a renewable energy source, is biological material derived from living, or recently living organisms, such as wood, waste, and alcohol fuels.

2) Biomass is commonly plant matter grown to generate electricity or produce heat.
