In MediEvil Resurrection, to get the chalice in the Asylum, you need to defeat all the enemies in the level to fill the chalice. Once the chalice is full, it will appear at the location of the first enemy you encountered. After collecting it, you can return to the Hall of Heroes to unlock rewards.
