Red ink=red seal=United States Note, a now-obsolete form of US paper money.

I came in contact with one today and unluckily the kid wouldn't let me buy it. If the bill has any pin holes tears or anything else of that sort it is only worth face value if it is in fine condition it is worth roughly $9 very fine then maybe as high as $15 if there is a star * in front of the serial number the it can be worth anywhere from $20 to $125
