Why won't mp3 rocket download songs anymore?

Sometimes MP3 Rocket Freaks Out. Try Clearing The Inactive Downloads So the Bottom Bar Goes Away. Mine Stopped Like That Too And It Worked When it Was The Only Thing Downloading. Even if Other Downloads Are Complete, If The Bar There The System Won't Download Anything.
