Burundi reportedly has the lowest GDP/Capita, suggesting that its people may be the poorest in the world.

Equally, many people in developed countries live on the streets, making no money and having no savings.

It seems likely that the title of "Worlds poorest person" would be a tie between tens of thousands of people across the world, all of whom have nothing.
