How does a csi agent help the community?

they help the community in many ways like they help solve a crime and give answers to the ones who wonder about the crime and they also have the ability to lock up the criminals who did the murder and save other peoples life by protecting them from the killer from killing again serial killers and stuff like that are very dangerous and CSI's are very helpful
