Well I am on 75mcg per hr..have been for 10 months...I was started on 25 then 50 now 75...When you have severe chronic lower Back pain you have no sex drive anyway...but as time goes by and you get fentanyl for pain releif trandermal patch.. your libido returns very slowly..Before this I was on Morphine injections 5 times a day for 18 years..in this time I did not have one sexual encounter.because morphine killed everything.. now that im on fentanyl it has brought my life back...to answer the question erectile disfunction... most definatly yes and you need assistance from avigra to keep it up... but bare in mind for most people it seems artifical erection and you loose all feelings after taking the blue pill.. this is responsible becuase the fentanyl acts on the central nervous sytem...therefore all your feelings are lost by 80% ...I was 45 yrs when all this started...But dont be put off if you are in my position is better than ( nothing ) I cant reach an orgasm what so ever ..both by intercourse or masturbate, but at least you can be a human dildo for your partner...Fentanyl is Excellent for long term chronic pain..it is very hard today to get the best of both worlds..so you have weigh up your situation ...as I said it is better than nothing....it has been mentioned that fentanyl is a 100 time more powerful than morphine sulphate...another thing if you have had operation on lower back L5 S1 it can be very dangerous because L1 S2 is very close to your spinal messaging for sex etc...I had to have a discectomy and a lemonectomy at L5 S1 and this also could be why I cant ejectulate but the above has been proved..
